GoZupees Launches Bedrock Revenue Assurance Module — VerBill Catches Billing Leakage, Unbilled Services & Churn Recovery Automatically

LONDON — March 2026 — GoZupees (Silicon Biztech Limited) today announced the launch of VerBill, a new revenue assurance module within the Bedrock platform that automatically detects billing leakage, unbilled services, and churn recovery opportunities across ISP and telecoms operations.

VerBill continuously compares provisioning logs against billing records, identifying discrepancies that silently erode revenue — services that are active but never billed, cancelled accounts that remain provisioned, and SLA commitments that diverge from what customers are actually receiving.

The Silent Revenue Problem

Most mid-market ISPs do not have a dedicated revenue assurance function. Billing accuracy is assumed rather than verified, and the tools to cross-reference provisioning state against billing state simply do not exist in their operational stack.

The result is predictable: revenue leaks accumulate quietly. Services get provisioned during onboarding but never make it into the billing system. Customers cancel but their sessions remain active, consuming network resources. SLA tiers are upgraded during fault resolution but never reverted, leaving customers on higher service levels than they pay for.

VerBill was built to close these gaps automatically.

Two Core Capabilities

VerBill operates through two integrated agent families:

  • AUDITOR — Continuously reconciles provisioning records, RADIUS session data, and billing system entries to identify discrepancies. AUDITOR flags services that are active but unbilled, accounts that are billed but no longer provisioned, pricing mismatches between catalogue rates and invoiced amounts, and SLA tier inconsistencies between what was sold and what is delivered
  • COLLECTOR — Focuses on payment recovery and churn-related revenue recapture. COLLECTOR identifies failed payments eligible for retry, customers who cancelled but whose accounts show recoverable revenue patterns, and billing cycle timing issues that result in missed collection windows

Revenue Impact at First Deployment

At the first ISP deployment, VerBill identified measurable revenue discrepancies within the initial audit cycle:

  • 4% of active services were unbilled — Provisioned and consuming network resources, but never entered into the billing system
  • PPPoE session analysis vs. billing records — Revealed cancelled accounts with active sessions, indicating churn recovery opportunities where service had not actually been disconnected
  • SLA compliance gaps — Customers receiving service tiers above their contracted level, representing both revenue leakage and potential regulatory exposure

These findings translated directly into recoverable revenue — not theoretical projections, but specific line items that could be corrected immediately.

“Revenue assurance is not glamorous work, but the numbers are hard to argue with. When we ran VerBill against the first ISP’s data, 4% of their active services were simply not being billed. That is not a rounding error — that is real money walking out the door every single month. VerBill finds it, flags it, and gives the operator everything they need to recover it.”

How VerBill Works

VerBill integrates natively with Bedrock’s unified data model, drawing from:

  • Provisioning logs — Service activation, modification, and deactivation records
  • RADIUS/AAA data — Active session state, authentication events, and usage records
  • Billing system entries — Invoice line items, payment status, and pricing rules
  • CRM records — Customer lifecycle state, contract terms, and SLA commitments
  • Network monitoring data — Actual service delivery metrics compared against contracted levels

The module runs continuous reconciliation cycles, generating prioritised discrepancy reports with estimated revenue impact and recommended remediation actions.

Availability

VerBill is available now as part of the Bedrock platform for mid-market ISPs and telecoms operators. It can be deployed as a standalone revenue assurance module or as part of a full Bedrock deployment.
