Implementation
How long does implementation take?
Most GoZupees implementations complete in 4-8 weeks. Week 1-2 covers discovery and design, Week 3-4 handles development and integration, and Week 5-8 includes UAT and go-live. Complex integrations may take longer.
What systems does GoZupees integrate with?
GoZupees integrates with major OSS/BSS platforms including Sonar, UISP, Splynx, Visp, Powercode, and custom billing systems. We also integrate with CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot), ticketing systems (Zendesk, Freshdesk), and telephony platforms (Twilio, Vonage).
Do we need to change our existing phone system?

How does GoZupees pricing work?
GoZupees uses usage-based pricing. Voice agents are billed per minute of call time. VerSense Co-Pilot and VerSight are priced per agent seat per month. There are no setup fees or long-term contracts required.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No minimum commitment for most plans. You pay only for actual usage. Enterprise customers with volume commitments receive discounted rates. Contact us for custom pricing based on your call volume.
Security
Is GoZupees SOC 2 compliant?
Yes. GoZupees maintains SOC 2 Type II compliance. Our infrastructure, data handling, and security controls are audited annually by independent third parties. Compliance reports are available under NDA for enterprise customers.
How is customer data protected?
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). PII is automatically redacted from call recordings and transcripts. We maintain strict access controls, audit logs, and data retention policies configurable per customer.
Support
What support is included?
All plans include email support with 24-hour response time, access to documentation, and monthly system health reports. Higher tiers include dedicated account managers, priority support, phone support, and 24/7 availability.
What happens if the AI cannot handle a call?
When the AI cannot resolve an issue or detects customer frustration, it seamlessly transfers to a human agent with full context including transcript, customer info, and attempted resolutions. Transfer criteria are configurable.
