How long does implementation take?

Is there a minimum commitment?

No minimum commitment for most plans. You pay only for actual usage. Enterprise customers with volume commitments receive discounted rates. Contact us for custom pricing based on your call volume.

What affects the cost per minute?

Cost per minute depends on call complexity, integration requirements, and volume. Simple IVR replacement costs less than complex troubleshooting agents that query multiple backend systems. Volume discounts apply at higher usage tiers.

Are there hidden fees?

How is customer data protected?

What support is included?

Do you provide training?

Yes. We provide training for administrators (configuration, reporting, analytics) and for agents using VerSense Co-Pilot. Training is delivered remotely via video sessions. On-site training is available for enterprise customers.

How are AI agents updated?

AI agents are continuously improved based on call data and feedback. Updates include new intents, improved responses, and expanded capabilities. Updates are tested in staging before production deployment. You control update timing.

What happens if the AI cannot handle a call?

When the AI cannot resolve an issue or detects customer frustration, it seamlessly transfers to a human agent with full context including transcript, customer info, and attempted resolutions. Transfer criteria are configurable.
